Q: When are you available to do the coaching session?
A: Coaching sessions are available on a first come, first serve basis. Depending on your flexibility, I aim to conduct coaching sessions within 5 business days of receiving your intake paperwork.
I am generally available Monday - Friday afternoons (Eastern time). Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request.
Q: What happens after our coaching session?
A: Within 1-2 business days after our coaching session, I will email you a summary of our discussion that includes a custom action plan. This way you'll know exactly what to do to jump-start your growth.
