I'm Karrol, a former military wife and a mother of a beautiful 4 year old girl. My husband and I have been married for 5 years, and just recently separated from the Navy and moved back home.
That's when I decided to join AVON - not only to become my own BOSS and make my own schedule - but to provide more for my family doing something I love.
BALANCE
Although balancing can be difficult, AVON makes it easy to raise my daughter and run my business. She can go with me when I'm sharing my business with others. It's great! I practically bring my child to work every day!
I would like to inspire more parents to try something out of their comfort zone! As a mother I want nothing more than to always be active in my daughter's life, but to also show her when it comes to business, I shoot for the sky.
DOUBT
Of course I had doubts! When I first started with AVON I kept thinking, "Oh I hope I don't give up in a couple weeks because I'm never going to find people to order anything."
Literally seconds after signing up I had a phone call from another AVON representative welcoming me to the team and seeing if I had any questions. I knew as long as I had faith and my AVON family I was going to do great. :)
BUSINESS
Seeing the excitement on my customers' faces when they try a new product and absolutely fall in love with it is priceless.
I LOVE what I do every day, and it's one of the few programs that isn't exclusively targeted toward women, so dad's....you can try it out too!
Starting out was slow, but I made a list of people that I could easily talk, share, or sell the business to and went from there. I always have faith and never give up.
