I am looking for 40 amazing women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and up, for a one-of-a kind empowering experience, celebrating your life and your story.
40 over 40
Photography is my passion. There is no greater joy than showing women a portrait of themselves that they love.
I recently turned 45 and it will be an honour for me to show other women like me their beauty - for themselves and for the world.
Too many of us fear ageing and changing, but I truly believe that life begins at 40. You might be a new mum, a new gran, just started your own business or just retired! We are too important not to be heard, and too beautiful not to be celebrated.
It’s time to start a conversation about the beauty of ageing, change the way the world and media define it, and to embrace the freedom and confidence about finally being comfortable in our own skin.
Join me on this adventure of being 40 and over, and fabulous.
The project will culminate in a gallery-style exhibition and celebration.

The '40 over 40' Studio Experience
This experience includes:
- Preliminary introduction & consultation with Andreea at her Whitstable studio, in Kent or over Zoom. During this session you will discuss your ideas for your shoot as well as plan your hair, make-up, wardrobe and styling.
- Your studio time. Each session includes professionally applied hair, make-up & use of studio wardrobe. You should allow half a day. Make sure you plan for an evening out because you will be looking absolutely gorgeous!
- After your session you will be invited back for the reveal of your personal collection. During your reveal you will see your portfolio of stunning portraits, choose your complimentary image and have an opportunity to purchase more, if you choose. What you purchase is entirely up to you.
- At the end of the project you will be invited to the '40 over 40 Exhibition' PLUS you will also receive a memento of the project, a personalised glossy magazine of whole project, featuring YOU on the front cover plus a double spread detailing your story!

Andreea is a professional photographer who specialises in portraiture and travel photography and recently scooped no less than 8 Bronze awards at the prestigious International Portrait Master Awards 2020.

What was it like for

I participated in the Fab Over 40 campaign. Andreea was so approachable and charming, her warmth and positive attitude really helped me relax into the process and the end results were quite fabulous! I mean, spectacular! The session was in her great studio with many changes of outfits and looks. She took such care with me and invested so much time in preparing for and during the completion of my sessions; it was obvious that she loves her work and she has amazing skills as a photographer.
I was blown away by the results, when I look at the images I can see that somehow she has perfectly captured the essence of several facets of my personality and that's a REAL skill! Everyone who has seen the images have absolutely loved them. They are seriously beautiful and so is Andreea.
I can't recommend them enough and when I'm a famous author, I will be booking her as my dedicated photographer! Seriously!
