Hi! I'm Susan Sagan Levitan, certified Health Coach, Wellness Speaker and owner of chapterU health coaching. I'll be your host for the 7-Day Healthy Habits New Year's Challenge. And believe me, I understand just how hard it can be to lead a healthy lifestyle when you're crazy busy and always on the go! Throw a pandemic into the mix and it makes things even harder... even for me.
I know first hand how effective adding a few small things into your life and doing them consistently can be to help you stay on track and reach your health goals.
