How exactly?
The problem with most health programs is that they only address one or two pieces of the puzzle. Most commonly, the focus is on diet and exercise. It's true. Those are two huge pieces of the overall picture but they are incomplete when used alone.
Think about it. How many time have you had what looked like THE perfect diet or exercise program? You were ready. You had planned, prepped and began with gusto. Here’s how it works:
This is an online program so you can join us from ANYWHERE in the world (please invite your friends – extra support is awesome!). Please note that you MUST be a Facebook member to participate as the entire program will take place within a private group.
What can you expect during the program?
As a trauma-informed health coach, I desire for each woman in our group to feel Seen, Safe, Soothed and Secure for the extent of the program. This group will be Christ and life-focused. As John 10:10 says "I came that they may have life and have it abundantly." The program is meant to be interactive and relational.
Each week, there will be a 30-45 minute video teaching. The total time commitment expected for participants is approximately 1 ½ hours per week (which includes time spent doing exercises). This can be broken into about 20 min per day if desired. Please consider carefully whether you are willing to commit to these time expectations.
The program includes short daily reminders of who we are in Christ. It will also be dotted with Scripture and music to encourage, uplift and remind us of our true identities in Him.
