I have tried numerous vitamins from AM PM to Healthpak to Lifepak Nano. But with Usana's product I really feel a difference. When I walk around or when I wake up, I used to feel tired. I start taking the pills only the in the morning because if I took the pm dosage around 1 or 2 pm I would have some difficulty falling asleep at night. In my case, only one pack in the morning does it for me. I recommend USANA to everyone who need a boost on their busy life.
