What's more analog than whiskey?
It's one of the oldest crafts on earth, with a history as old as humanity. Distilling a spirit, especially a whiskey, involves a hell of a lot of hands-on skill, precise measurements, and knowing your grain, your wood, and your water.
But once it goes into the still, what happens is magical. You can't control it; you can only hope everything you did, all the planning, all the selection, all the labor, that all of it works in the heat and fire of distillation to drip out the other end as fine, top-shelf whiskey.
