If you've been following the author's notes about the history behind the novella, you'll know that this time, there was too much to include on the web page.  This pdf lists a couple dozen entries of abolitionists and their church affiliations, complete with clickable links.

Rest assured, if you have already signed up with your email elsewhere, this won't duplicate your entry.  What it does is assure the internet monitors that you really do want me to send you the pdf.
