There was a time in my life where I wanted nothing to do with the idea of eating healthy. My “LIFESTYLE” consisted of getting junk food, fast food, fried food, looking for every opportunity to eat out and avoiding cooking any type of meals. I had a diet soda addiction; I created a habit of opening a can of soda first thing in the morning and having a diet soda before I would go to bed each night. I did very little exercise and I hated drinking any kind of water. With living this type of “LIFESTYLE“, I needed a program that would meet me right where I was in my “LIFESTYLE” of bad habits.
