Having a newborn brings many new and unexpected scenarios. Even if your domestic worker has been with the family for years, it's a great idea to get everyone on the same page. That's why we have developed our Baby Care course. |
Baby Care 101
It has been designed to ensure that your domestic worker is suitably trained to look after our new born. Sleeping, feeding, soothing, hygiene, safety ... we cover the basics of how to take care of a baby.
Expert Content Crafted by Professionals
The content was developed by a registered paediatrician and a pediatric nurse, Dr Blandine Prevost and Benedicte Le Caherec.
Tailor-made to your domestic worker
It's easily accessible thanks to a simple smartphone. It's very flexible: your domestic worker can complete the course at her own pace according to her schedule. The content is written in plain English and videos are translated into both Tagalog (Filipino) and Bahasa (Indonesian).
Reviewed as many times as needed
The course is available for a full year, because it’s hard to remember what a toddler needs when you are currently taking care of a newborn. So we make sure you and your domestic worker can go back to the course when you need it.
Be on the same page with your domestic worker
Even when she had previous work experience with babies, her previous employers may have had very different ways of doing things than yours. Our course will provide you with guidance and tips on how to approach your relationship and build trust with your domestic worker.
