The Big Love Yoga Community is a personal online yoga studio where you can choose to pay-as-you go or start a subscription.
You can start your monthly subscription from £11 per month, including mindful bonuses to deepen your self-care!
You have the freedom to choose when you would like to practice yoga each week as shown by the pricing below.
As you find your rhythm and establish a routine with your yoga practice you can create or change your subscription anytime, with ease.
This is your body, your practice!
The benefit, or beauty, of joining our online studio is being in your own surroundings, setting up your personal space for your practice.
You can rock up in your pj’s or an old t-shirt if you want to, be in the comfort of your living room or bedroom, and after the initial “hello’s” are done and the class begins, it will feel like it’s only you and me as I guide you through an hour of yoga and mindfulness so you are able to practice in the privacy of your own home.
I offer 5x live yoga sessions online every week, Monday to Friday, structured in a way that allows you to choose your own routine, giving you the freedom of which class you want to attend each week. You can dip into a different class every week if you choose, life isn’t static so why should your practice be.
Feeling unmotivated or not in the mood is normal, but knowing I will be there with a smile on my face to greet you and guide you throughout helps you stay motivated and accountable to develop your practice.

This is our evening session to help slow things down combining gentle vinyasa and restorative yoga.
Unwind, stretch and ground yourself with calming breath-work to release tension allowing you to start your evening feeling revived and recharged.
Gain back time and cherish an hour of you of ‘you-time’ even more by waving goodbye to the commute to the studio, you don’t need to go anywhere, there’s no need to travel, or worry about the journey home, and you can be anywhere in the world if the time’s right.
Taking the time and creating the space to practice yoga at home invites you to view your environment differently.
By bringing in extra comfort and props to support you or keep you warm are always encouraged and little extras such as incense, candles and some gentle music, like a Big Love playlist, can make your experience even more personal and relaxing.
Finding a style of yoga that you really enjoy can be a challenge, as can finding the right vibe in a studio, I know this because I struggled too. The style in which I teach yoga invites curiosity, awareness and playfulness, I guide you through movements which not only develop strength and mobility but also calm and soothe your body and mind.
My motto is “embrace your wobbles” and whether that be your physical wobbles in more challenging poses or your emotional ones, I invite you to meet yourself where you are that day rather than where you think you should be.
Yoga is more than a physical practice. Breath and movement together create a focus for your mind, helping you develop self-awareness, be more present, and call on your inner resources to help you relax. Conscious breathing is a bridge to a calmer state of being as it rebalances your autonomic nervous system.
The practices you will explore will benefit you off the mat too. The resources I share are empowering, accessible and practical, for you to came back to any time you need.
When you join the Big Love Yoga Community even though everyone is online, no one is a stranger for long. Although everyone is practising in the privacy and comfort of their own homes there is time to connect to one another before the session as you settle into your surroundings.
I take pride in taking the time to get to know everyone in the community, personally. I like to understand your intentions for your practice and ensure I am aware of any additional guidance you may find supportive during our sessions.
I created the Big Love Yoga Community in April (lockdown), 2020 as a way to make wellness, and specifically the practice of yoga, accessible to people at a time when they were feeling disconnected and looking for support in prioritising their well-being.
I share my holistic approach to wellness in my yoga sessions, exploring three key principles; mindset, breath and movement, to build self-awareness., emotional resilience and confidence. I struggled with my mental health from my early teens and later found yoga to be incredibly supportive practice for my health and wellbeing; physically, mentally and spiritually.
I pride myself on delivering the most personal experience I can even though the community is run virtually. I ensure I get to know every individual in the community so I am able to support, encourage and guide everyone in the best way I can, helping them to cultivate a consistent and compassionate yoga practice.
