On May 10, 2022, I held a roundtable to discuss how Black ERGs can influence their organisations so that they invest more in attracting and mentoring Black talent.
The roundtable was organised as a follow-up conversation to the “Race in the workplace: The McGregor Smith Review” report published in 2017. Written by Baroness McGregor-Smith, the report looked, for the first time, at what challenges businesses were facing when it came to developing Black and minority ethnic talent from when they started work through the executive level.
