Dr. Covington gathered information from women who worked through the 12 Steps and shares their stories of challenges and successes in this book. This book is a more flexible interpretation of women in recovery from alcoholism & addiction and how they related to the Steps. Whether or not you are in a 12 Step program, this book study will help you search deeply within yourself, empower you as a woman in recovery and help you understand your relationship with your recovery. What you learn will help strengthen your current recovery path or help you create your own individual path.
