I help people who feel overwhelmed, fed up, frustrated and  somewhat out of sync, to feel back in control, supported and organised with looking at simple and sustainable habits. These habits not only impact their life but of those around them including loved ones, friends and people at work.

Let's get on a Zoom call together and take that first step to feeling more in control, supported and find you some time for yourself. 

On the call we'll identify what is holding you back,  what you would like things to be like and create a plan on the steps it takes to reach that. 

We will look at your habits, routines and patterns of behaviour then discuss your goals and work together to make them a reality. 

It is a relaxed and friendly session where we get some good work started,
