Over the last three years, while working full time in human resources and completing her master’s degree part-time, Deanna committed to her own personal growth by challenging herself physically (running her first 5k, completing over 10 multi-week workout programs), intellectually (reading two books per month and listening to countless podcasts), and emotionally (working with a professional coach and meditating over 250 consecutive days).
Deanna’s own personal development journey has uniquely equipped her to help other ambitious women balance achieving their dreams, with their health, relationships, and career.
When she is not busy building her dreams... you can usually find her out for a hike with her husband, curled up with a good book, or making her favourite muffin recipe in the kitchen!
