China National Tourist Office London is thrilled to support this exciting event. CNTO London is a non-profit organisation that celebrates Chinese culture and fosters mutual understanding. Since our inception, we have organised delightful events and online campaigns exploring China's breathtaking history, natural landscapes, intangible cultural heritages, and advancing tourism resources.
At the World Travel Market 2023, which took place from Monday the 6th of November to Wednesday the 8th of November at the ExCeL in London. China was proudly represented at the prestigious global tourism conference at Stand S9-508.
The World Travel Market is always an event that we look forward to, however, this year was particularly special, as it marked our first major scale exhibit in London since the pandemic. We excitedly showcased China's wonderful heritage through a range of entertaining activities, including insightful panel discussions, engaging tourism presentations, interactive experiences, and travel opportunities!
At past World Travel Markets, we have hosted fantastic activities such as traditional performances, cultural presentations, and giveaways! Our 2023 stand's theme was Nihao China, and the design featured stunning photographs and bamboo.
The Chinese locations highlighted at our stand included Beijing, Shanghai, Shaanxi, Hubei, and Jiangxi. Plus, we partnered with several distinguished Chinese airline companies, Air China, Capital Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Juneyao Air, Shenzen Airlines, and Tianjin Airlines.
Thank you to everyone for joining us to appreciate China's diverse tapestry at the 2023 World Travel Market, highlights included the splendid China Pavilion launch ceremony, fascinating interviews, A speech from Visit West, roundtable discussions, and insightful exchanges from CNTO London's partners.
