This 4 day experience will give you the tools you need to navigate a chilled Christmas 2020.   By the end of the 4 days you will feel calmer and more relaxed.  You'll be able to access the practices after the challenge finishes too.

Each day you will get a stress balancing movement practice via email; slow yoga and restorative movements for all levels, gorgeous!  You'll also get guided journal prompts, tools and techniques to help you balance stress and chill this Christmas.  Leaving you feeling calm and patient for the festive season!

Every night I will be going live in my Facebook page at 915pm with a Christmas chill meditation to help you switch off at the end of your busy day, with time just for you.  Helping you sleep better and feel calm and relaxed.  Who's in?

Why 4 days?  4 seasons, 4 main moon cycles and it's also the 4 days before the schools end.  Oh I know those of you who have children need this right now.

2020 has been one big compound stress.  Who isn't stressed right now?  Too much tech, restrictions, worry, anxiety.  I know. I see you.  That's why I'm here to show you the tools you can use over Christmas and New Year to stay calm, chilled and present.
