I'm beyond excited to announce that the collaboration book that I have been writing with the most amazing group of women is almost ready to share and will be available Friday, September 16th as an e-book or hardcover.
About the Book
Dare to Express is a collection of bold and vulnerable stories by brave women who have dared to share a personal and pivotal part of their life with you. It is our shared intention that these words land as resonant moments of wisdom, and refreshing bits of truth from our hearts to yours. We believe that if you desire to live a life of personal power and freedom, we must first have the courage to shed light on our darkest life moments.
From heartbreak to mental and physical health recovery to challenging family dynamics, and everything in between, each author has bared her soul so that you, our reader, may find your own healing journey. We invite you to awaken your innate joy, and spiritual clarity, to discover the brightest version on yourself, and to live your life with a focus on purpose. We believe that when one woman heals, we all have permission to heal.

Ivy Kaminsky
Ivy Kaminsky is a Self-Love and Light Whisperer committed to leading by example. She helps seekers and healers develop an unshakeable sense of self-worth and self-love, so they can show up, speak freely, and serve fully.
Ivy has a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a recent graduate of the Quantum Coaching Academy and is always learning, growing, and challenging herself in new and exciting ways.
