Meet Coach Amber
Hey girl!
I am honored to be a pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach, dedicated to supporting and empowering fellow mamas on their fitness journeys through all phases of motherhood.
My mission for Fierce, Not Fragile is to empower women in their fitness and wellness through all stages of motherhood and abolish the stigma that pregnancy makes us fragile. I want women to discover how fierce and strong they truly are. I am a fully digital coach, so I get the opportunity to work with women from all over! I practice a holistic approach with my clients, taking into consideration stress, sleep, nutrition, family support, pregnancy and birth, and more to create a customized program that meets my clients needs and goals!
My own path to motherhood has been both beautiful and challenging, with c-section and VBAC deliveries and pelvic organ prolapse, which has been my inspiration for this business. I have grown in my strength and resilience and have used my experiencing to connect with clients and built a business that provides women with all the support and resources I wish I would have had during my pregnancy and postpartum journeys.

The Fierce Way
Free Consultation Call: On this call we will dive into your why, your needs, goals, and desired outcomes. You will leave this call with direction, clarity and next steps!
Comprehensive Initial Assessment: This assessment will go into more of the specifics of your symptoms, your nutrition, lifestyle habits and behaviors, and will include a thorough movement screen assessing functional movements, posture, and muscle activation patterns.
This is the plan of care that takes into account your unique situation and is specific to only you. It will give you the knowledge and education you desire, will guide you to a better, more fierce women where you can get back to doing what you love, symptom-free and beyond.

FAQ's
1. Do I have to have access to a gym to work with you?
Nope. Minimum required equipment is bands and some dumbbells. Many of my clients workout at home.
2. Do I have to be a mom to work with you?
Nope. I work with women before they conceive in order to prep their bodies for when they do get pregnant.
3. I am way over 6 weeks postpartum, am I too late to start exercising?
Nope. Postpartum has no end date. I work with moms at all stages postpartum.
4. How much time do the workouts take to complete?
Depends on how long you want them to be and what fits your lifestyle. I make them custom to you.
5. How many days per week are the workouts?
Depends on what fits your lifestyle, goals and needs.
