This is the first of two 5-day-challenges.
From Monday, 26 to Friday 30 October, we will meet LIVE in my Facebook Group every morning at 7:30am for a short but invigorating 25 minutes yoga practice with a 5 minutes guided mediation at the end.

Welcome to the 5-Day Challenge!

I am Patricia Creola and I set up this Challenge so that we can come together in times of uncertainty to create a little routine for ourselves. I am guiding you each day through a short yoga practice that includes intention setting, a warm-up and an energizing pranayama (breathing exercise) followed by an asana practice that wakes up your body ending with a shavasana and guided meditation. Maybe you practice yoga already and even if you are new to it, join us, you can always adjust your pace to make it your own.

During these 5 days you will get a variety of practices and tools so that you can choose what works for you.
