As a movement professional who had her fair share of injuries and an intimate relationship with chronic pain, Christine Germain helps individuals overcome the obstacles towards a more fulfilling life. She offers tools tailored to individuals, to help them manage their pain, reach higher level of autonomy, and enhance performance.
Her experience includes working with people dealing with chronic pain, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. She also worked in Sports and Dance Medicine at St-Francis Memorial hospital in San Francisco, and with high level athletes in baseball, tennis, soccer, and at Cirque du Soleil.
What matters to her is to help people live life fully, and become the best version of themselves.
