"So it’s true, when all is said and done.
Grief is the price we pay for love" ~ E.A. Bucchianeri

Grief Speaks

Finding Meaning in Grief through Writing and Storytelling
A weekly online group for those grieving the loss of a loved one

  • A place to connect, share & be witnessed in our grief
  • A place to honor, share and remember the life and legacy of our loved one through writing & storytelling
  • A place to find meaning, not in their death, but in how we honor them in our own life

What Others Don't Get About Grief

  • Grief leaves you forever changed. There is no back
  • Many people don't "get" grief and are uncomfortable around it or think it should have an expiration date
  • Being able to speak about our loved ones while connecting with others in grief can be incredibly healing
  • Grief doesn't get smaller, but our capacity to be with it, learn from it, and grow around it gets larger
  • Our loved ones live on in us, and we can honor them by making our lives a living legacy to them

Would you like to join me? This might be for you if you have lost a loved one and:

  • You would love to connect with others who understand grief
  • You would like a space where you can remember and talk about your loved one through storytelling and writing
  • You feel stuck in your grief and/or others think you should be "farther along"
  • You never really took time to grieve or sort out the loss
  • You would like to explore ways to honor your loved one and find meaning going forward in your own life
