GROUP COACHING & HYPNOSIS SESSIONS FOR PMDD 

Every month I hold two different group coaching and hypnosis sessions exclusively for PMDD warriors.

The first one is the PMDD Reset Session which is for anyone who wants to make positive change in their lives and help manage their symptoms much better, but don't know where to start. This is the foundational session to really work out YOUR version of PMDD, as it will be different from one person to the next. The next session is Thursday 19th January 7pm-9pm GMT.

The second session will have a different focus each month. The next one will be all about managing other people and will take place on Thursday 26th January 7pm-9pm GMT.

This group Zoom session will include:

  • Guided tasks with science-backed coaching and therapeutic techniques to work out exactly where YOU are and what YOUR version of PMDD is. This disorder affects everyone uniquely and this is a crucial element in preparing your treatment plan going forward. We'll look at various areas of your life for a bigger picture.
  • Mindset management and mind-strengthening techniques so when shit really hits the fan, you'll have more tools to manage it more easily. This allows you more control over your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions and to deal with situations more calmly and rationally than before.
  • Create a treatment plan to go forward on your PMDD journey, plus Q&A. Wherever you are on your healing journey, come away from this session with a lot more clarity and a calmer mind to help you make better, and more informed decisions based on your needs. When you have set goals and plans, lifestyle changes are much easier to stick to.
  • Finish the session off with a relaxing hypnosis session to help cement everything you've learned. This is an excellent way to calm your mind and let all the pieces fall into place. It's a quick and easy way to re-program the subconscious mind with new behaviours. It will be general hypnosis based on positive change, to reduce stress and anxiety and strengthen feelings of self-worth, trust and love.

  • Q&A and discussion. Supporting each other is vital when managing this isolating condition. Ask me questions based on your situation or contribute to the session with ways you manage other people and your environment.
  • Finish the session off with a relaxing hypnosis session to help cement everything you've learned. This is an excellent way to calm your mind and let all the pieces fall into place. It's a quick and easy way to re-program the subconscious mind with new behaviours. It will be general hypnosis based on positive change, reducing stress and anxiety and strengthening feelings of self-worth, trust and the confidence to set boundaries and use your voice.

Group sessions are an affordable way to try coaching & hypnotherapy

Managing PMDD and trying to find things that help ease your symptoms can take a lot of trial, error and patience. If you're not careful it can also start to burn a big hole in your pocket, too.

Of course, group work doesn't replace one to one therapy or coaching, but it is an excellent and more affordable option if you're unable to invest in one to one work right now.

There are plenty of bonuses you get with group coaching and hypnotherapy that you don't get with one to one sessions and one of those things is the low and affordable cost, encouraging and inviting as many of you to join as possible without adding to any financial worries. 

You still get loads of great tools, techniques and take-aways that you get from one to one session, the only difference is the session isn't tailored specifically to any individual as it would be privately but it's also a fraction of the price.

Another bonus is that these coaching sessions help you strengthen your mindset, confidence and feelings of self-worth. We also focus on self-love and accountability so by default, these sessions will help you manage your symptoms so much better than before and allow you to make more sound decisions around your treatment journey, which may possibly lead to you spending less on trying other unnecessary things in the future.


Having like-minded company helps you realise you're not alone with this debilitating disorder

One of the biggest things attendees take from these sessions is the supportive community aspect. It can be a lonely place when managing PMDD, only those who suffer with it can truly understand how it feels.

By joining a supportive group session you can make true connections too which you don't get with one-to-one treatment.

You can learn so much from others who are navigating a similar journey, or at the very least feel the support and strength of the collective energy.

Who are these sessions for?

Anyone who has premenstrual dysphoric disorder who wants to empower themselves to take healthy. control of their thoughts, behaviours and emotions effectively and sustainably. It's as simple as that, if that's where you are right now then these sessions will help you massively.

Are you on medication, birth control, or taken the natural route? GREAT? It doesn't matter. This work is for anyone who wants to add more strings to their healing bow.

A simple way to think of the two types of sessions is the PMDD Reset session covers a lot of the basics and foundations, possibly though of as the beginners session

The Managing other people session won't cover basic techniques and will be purely focussed on, well, managing others. It can be thought of as the intermediate session.

More specifically, the PMDD Reset session is for anyone who wants to make positive change in their lives and help manage their symptoms much better, but don't know where to start. This is the session to really work out YOUR version of PMDD, as it will be different from one person to the next. It is strongly recommended you join this PMDD Reset session before any others as it includes a lot of valuable tools and knowledge that help a lot of other things fall into place going forward. If you don't manage to catch the PMDD Reset session and still want to join the other monthly session, you are more than welcome, but I do recommended you attend a PMDD reset session as soon as you can to make the most out of all the information and techniques covered. It is currently held monthly but this may change at any time, so please join the next one if you can.

Many will join this session month after month as the subject changes, so this will also enable closer bonding, support and connections whereas most won't attend the PMDD Reset session every month
