Member Event Confirmation - Christmas Do!

This event will be held at The Comet Hotel, Hatfield, and we are delighted to have you as a member. 

Please note: Your lunch payment will be taken automatically using GoCardless each month unless you have asked us to pause for a month or arranged to pay by card each month.  Juice will be available on the tables, and you can purchase wine at the bar. ALSO PLEASE CHECK THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO MAKE YOUR LUNCH CHOICES.

CHARITY RAFFLE. Please let us know if you have any raffle prizes to donate to the Charity Raffle, just email Joolz: hello@joolzjoseph.com.  

We are trying to make this form as quick as possible to complete. Your name and company info along with dietary requirements, fruit salad request and permission to share email with attendees are saved from previous events so feel free to leave these blank (they will be confirmed after form completion and you can always email any changes).  It is all linked to your email address, so please keep this consistent.

Meeting Format:

10:15 - Welcome & coffee (you are welcome to get there for 10:00 if you need a caffeine hit a little sooner!)

10:30 - QUIZ!!

11:45 - Informal networking (with a cheeky vino from the bar if you fancy)

12:30 - Lunch and formal networking (two course lunch, tables of six or so)

14:00 - Close (prompt so you can get some work or the school run done!)
