About Me
I've told you a bit about myself in the opening video, but I qualified in Rei-Ki in 1992 when I was 16 and went on to study the advanced level for my 18th birthday. In 1999 I graduted from Middlesex University with a degree in Wetern Herbal Medicine, after 4 years of study. In 2022 I fulfilled a lifetime's ambtion and qualified as an Advanced Hypnotherapist, so now I can work on all aspects of illness at the same time. That means I can get to the root causes of your health issues fast.
I'm currently studying Medical Astrology, which adds a whole fascinating dimension to health and illness.
I'm a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, the General Hypnotherapy Register, and I'm the Shropshire Ambassador for the Herb Society.
I live in my spiritual home of south Shropshire with my family, and love walking, swimming and gardening.

Nature has given us a vast medicine cabinet, and herbs work with the body, steering it back towards optimum health. Because they're basically natural foods, herbs offer a safe, gentle medicine which people of any age can use in any situation. I offer both mini appointments for minor, acute problems or detailed case histories for more complex conditions.
Medicines are priced indivdually and cost on average £15-£20 a week for an adult. Childen under 12 generally have much shorter appointments and lower doses.

Your subconscious mind is incredibly powerful and it's on your side! Advanced Hypnotherapy enables us to quickly upgrade subconsious patterns leading to poor health, chronic pain, unhealthy habits and lots of other common issues.
As well as working on the pscyho-emotional issues, we can use 'Hypnohealing' to work on physical illness. It helps to activate your body's own healing abilities, and it's a really fascinating process.
You go into hypnosis several times a day, and all we're doing is using it to help you. You stay in complete control throughout, and remember everything afterwards.
You'll be asked to listen to some recorded exercises in between your sessions to reinforce the work we do together. Standard recordings are included in the fee but if you'd like a bespoke recording, it's chargeable separately. Most patients have around 5 weekly treatment sessions.

'Rei-Ki' means 'universal life force', also known as 'Qi' or 'Chi' (as in Tai Chi). It is the healing energy of unconditional love, and works on all levels to restore health and vitality.
Rei-Ki can be used in first aid or to treat any chronic condition. All you need to do is sit or lay fully clothed, and you'll automatically absorb the Rei-Ki energy through my hands. It's very relaxing and you don't even have to talk if you don't want to!
I trained with internationally renowened Rei-Ki Master, Barbara McGregor. Barbara trained for 7 years, and taught about the metaphysical meanings behind different illnesses and injuries. I'd be happy to explain this in more detail if you choose to have a Rei-Ki treatment with me.
I can't direct the Rei-Ki energy towards any particular area. Your subconscious knows what it needs the energy for most, and uses it accordingly. It could be to help you feel more energised, ease pain, or do something else entirely.
Rei-Ki is not attached to any religion and you don't need to believe in it for it to work. Gift vouchers are available too.
Physic Health Consulting was set up in 2012 to serve women who were struggling with menopause and unable to take HRT. It's still thriving, and offering a unique service to cancer survivors in particular.
As we're all finding it increasingly hard to access mainstream healthcare, 'Herbology' has been established to offer both general health education and treatment. I'm on a mission to help as many people as possible get healthy the natural way, and reconnect with our traditional medicine.
I offer herbal medicine and hypnotherapy appointments online, at Highley, and Ludlow. Rei-Ki is currently only available in Ludlow.
