If you’re interested in lay herbalism but aren’t sure where to start, start here! My 1 day introductions to herbal medicine each focus on different aspects of making medicine to use at home. In summer, we look at foraging fresh herbs and different ways of using them. The November workshop focuses more on kitchen herbs and spices, which are more readily available at that time of year. We also cover other basics of herbalism, with completely different content on each workshop.
