Hello Herblover!

Would you like to become less reliant on mainstream medicine? There’s never been a better time to reconnect with our traditional medicine, and start making your own herbal remedies!

Nature has given us all medicine in the form of herbs, the problem is, most of us have forgotten how to use it! But treating common ailments with herbs is quite easy when you know how, and if you feel ready to learn, I'd love to show you.

All of my events are fun, informal and interactive. All the notes and recipes we use are sent to you upon completion, so you can just relax and enjoy learning.

So join me to discover more about how herbal remedies can heal us in body, mind and soul, and start making your own medicine.

Stay Healthy All Year With My Seasonal Workshops

As the seasons change, we become prone to different ailments. Learn how our energetics change throughout the year, and how to treat coughs, colds, hayfever, heatrash, and other seasonal ailments with simple herbal remedies.

These half day workshops run in Spring, Summer and Autumn/Winter and you'll get to make your own remedies to take home.

Who's teaching us?

Hannah qualified from Middlesex University with a BSc in Western Herbal Medicine in 1999 and has been a lifelong member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH) She now runs a busy herbal practice online and from her home near Bridgnorth, and is passionate about rekindling our use of herbal medicine.

Hannah has been teaching workshops both for lay people and qualified herbalists for over 20 years. She's also author of 'Minted', a book for healthcare practitioners who want to thrive whilst doing what they love.

Herb Walks

There’s no better way to learn about herbs than getting to know them in their own home and on my herb walks we do just that! Come with me to find out which herbal allies are growing wild near you, and learn about their traditional and modern uses. Each walk is approx. 1 ½ hours long, followed by an informal talk and tea tasting. Both walks are easy for people of all ages, but please ask before booking if you have mobility issues. Children under 12 are welcome to come along free of charge.

One Day Introductory Workshops

If you’re interested in lay herbalism but aren’t sure where to start, start here! My 1 day introductions to herbal medicine each focus on different aspects of making medicine to use at home. In summer, we look at foraging fresh herbs and different ways of using them. The November workshop focuses more on kitchen herbs and spices, which are more readily available at that time of year.
