Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program Cary
Individual/group therapist: The Ideal candidate can work with children and teens. We are looking for our next rockstar who is authentic, connects well with children and teens, and has a sense of humor. Must be willing and able to run group therapy sessions. Training in play therapy, dbt or willingness to learn required.
Must value being a part of our supportive office culture. Must hold an active license to practice in NC and have the clinical competence to maintain a caseload independently and consistently.
This position is a full-time position requiring 25 clinical hours per week. Must be available for weekly team meeting and group supervision Wednesdays 12:00 pm-1:00 pm IOP hours are from 2:50-6:30 pm Monday through Friday clinicians typically run 6-9 groups weekly with the balance of the hours seeing clients individually.
Must have self-insight, be open to feedback and be willing to continue to hone and improve clinical skills. Must be willing to seek support and supervision as needed. Attendance at networking events and providing occasional off-site training is encouraged but never required.
Must have a current niche or specialization area in working with children or teens and have a work history that shows competency in child or teen treatment. Please send cover letter and resume.
