Hi, i'm Chioma George-Ekehon and I help job seekers, especially females, go from loss of direction to identifying and getting the job they are well suited for.
I got the job of my dreams in a leading HR company in Nigeria as the team lead- a field totally different from my major in school, accompanied with a promotion and a pay raise six months later; after being unemployed in the labor market three years post NYSC.
With over 9 years experience in career and employment capacity development, I’ve been able to help quite a number people find clarity and secure good jobs. I developed a program focused on helping job seekers get the jobs they are best suited for, as well as prepare them for the workplace and this has been used to facilitate Job training sessions in companies, and for undergraduates, graduates, entry and mid-level employees.
I also started E-Konsult, a female employment agency four years ago and have provided employment opportunities for several women who discovered themselves, found clarity on their ideal career path, irrespective of their major in school, get jobs and move on to pursue their calling in life.

I discovered early in life that i loved making clothes, though i studied banking and finance. Upon graduation, i still did not know how to go about getting a job or building a career out of it. Chioma George's simple but valid program helped to put me on the right track and before long, i got an offer in a Fashion Academy as an intern instructor through E-konsult. I currently run my fashion brand catering to women and children clothing and have never been more enthusiastic about life.
