I qualified as a Yoga teacher 6 years ago and teach weekly classes, my aim is to share Yoga and demonstrate the many yoga lineages making this mental and physical practice accessible to all, to ensure every experience is engaging and enjoyable and sharing how Yoga and meditation can be incorporated into our everyday lives, capturing the elegance of the postures, breath, and the positive influences a regular practice provides. I love to see the relaxed afterglow of my clients after spending time either on a retreat or from doing one of my online practices.
