Dealing with the day-to-day pressures of reaching the goals of your business is hard enough.
Add differing personalities and remote working to the mix and you have a great recipe for a stress fest.
Not only that, how in the world are you supposed to get everyone to understand each other, collaborate, be innovative AND be profitable?!
We get it. You have A LOT on your plate. And the truth is you shouldn’t have to struggle alone to keep your team inspired and motivated. The opportunity for them to pull together with renewed focus has never been better!
We can help. We know that in order for businesses to grow and flourish, people need to feel connected to each other and the purpose of the business.
Naturally, this takes time, but we use a method that can fast-track the process: LEGO® Serious Play®
Our LEGO® Serious Play® workshop is designed to unlock the full potential of the team quickly, effectively and on a deep level. It is a process that will move a collection of individuals towards a cohesive team; one that is characterised as:
As an outcome, you can expect to:
No building skills needed. The LSP process will guide you every step of the way
Think with your hands - create strong involvement and commitment
Build systems, play scenarios, envision strategies - get commitment and action
All you need to do is tell us when you want to do the workshop. Here’s what the process will look like.
Step 1: Kick-off call
On this 30-minute video call, we’ll discuss your goals and vision for your team. We’ll ask a few clarifying questions about your current challenges to make sure we’re on the same page about the “key question” you want to address in the workshop. We then get to work designing your LSP workshop for you.
Step 2: LEGO® Serious Play®workshop
You’ll need to be intentional about selecting a day that the team can invest 6-8 hours of uninterrupted time. With only a couple of months to go, we’d like to sync our diaries ASAP to help you make the most of what is left of the year.
Step 3: 30-day check-in
We’re all about having fun, but when it comes to supporting you to get results, we’re not playing games. We’ll do a check-in a month after the workshop to review your progress and action plan (approx. 2 hours)
Getting started is easy. Complete the form below to receive our LEGO® Serious Play® brochure with all the info you need in your inbox.
When you’re ready to invite us over for some serious play, all you have to do is schedule time with us for a kick-off call.
From there, we’ll schedule your workshop and send you an invoice for the deposit.
We can’t wait to see how your company grows when your team becomes deeply connected and creative!
We’ll check in with you by the end of the week to make sure all questions are answered. We only have space for a few more workshops this year, so make sure to lock in your workshop so we can get moving!
*By downloading this brochure with LSP info and costs you are also opting in to receive the occasional e-mail from us. We're all busy, so we promise to only send info that we think you'd find useful. We will never, under any circumstances, sell or distribute your personal information to a third party. If you'd prefer to opt out, you can unsubscribe. No hard feelings, we'd be happy to welcome you back any time!
The workshop is a great way to get to know work colleagues and to work together as a team in identifying the company's strength and core values.
Wendy Stanek, Fashion Brand Manager
The Leaders by Design Lego workshop gave me an opportunity to go deeper and understand myself better in order to be a better leader in the business. The Lego strategy in learning more about others and showcasing creativity and how every leader is unique was really mind blowing. I never thought playing a game of Lego would get me to understand myself and others better but I got more than what I expected and I am truly grateful for the opportunity the business has granted me.
Olwethu Ntisana, Demand Supply Planning Manager
[One of my key take-aways] is that I also have depth of feelings. Not to box myself into something i think i am supposed to be.
Sizwe Mdladla, Digital Lead
[key takeaway] In order to be able to make make a difference I need to be more present otherwise I’m only giving half of myself. How everything is based on our own interpretation and that our experience, interactions and feedback from others shapes the way we see and do things. Gave me good insight into myself in a simple and fun way... The Lego serious play secession was an extremely insightful and relevant process. It gives you insight into your subconscious and make me you stop to think and apply while still allowing you to have fun.
Poonam Bhana. Brand Manager
Joharis window was a great part for me. And the take away for me was to try better to build stronger and closer relationships... I think using Lego is a fun way of demonstrating various concepts. Makes the day easy.
Jake Lerman. CFO
It opened up many new perspectives for me, about myself and my relationship with my work...
Amazing! I hope that all people in leadership roles are required to participate in this.
