When I first started my journey, I was chronically anxious, physically ill and I had a very negative mindset. At first, I just tried to address my anxiety on it's own and I didn't see great results. I can tell you from experience that my transformation only came when I started addressing both anxiety AND my mindset, because they are closely related.

Let me tell you a little bit about my story...
I love nature, traveling, photography and I'm a wellness enthusiast! I lead a healthy lifestyle, I love to learn, I have a loving family, I practice self care on the daily and I lead a happy, fulfilling life that I am grateful for everyday! I consider myself to be a well-rounded, overall positive person, but to be honest, I wasn't always this way.
The Old Julia was anxious, highly stressed and felt stuck in many aspects of her life.
I was always that kid that was on edge and constantly being told to 'just relax'. I always had this anxious energy that I felt controlled by, and it only got worse as I grew older. I started developing stomach issues, which led me to developing more intense anxiety as well as a highly negative mindset. It took years of suffering and a worldwide pandemic to take place for me to have a complete breakdown, which led me to finally ask myself: 'How do I get out of this state - how do I get happy?'
I was tired of being plagued by my health problems and negative emotions. I knew that there had to be a way for me to find peace and happiness, so I started my search for answers. It took a lot of searching, reading and educating myself on multiple topics, but eventually I found the answers I was looking for. I was able to re-wire my negative thinking, improve my mental and physical health and finally get to a place of living in an optimal state of happiness.
I did it for myself, now I'm living my best life and I want to help you do it, too!
