With increased budget cuts and administration demands, having the space and time to develop creative additions to their lesson plans to compound the understanding of a topic is unlikely. The time spent on creativity in general is being squeezed out of the curriculum too. Some schools only have time for 'Art Week' just once in a whole school year!

Bringing learning to life!

Not only that, by working collaboratively on an animation and seeing through the whole process from conception to final film, these workshops can bring amazing results from young people. Team works skills and confidence levels are gained which are key components in securing interest in learning and positive futures for students.

Past projects...

Please take a moment to explore our past projects through our Vimeo channel , which have included collaborations with different key stages. Notably, our most recent workshop, funded by the Lottery Community Fund, involved working with year 1 and year 2 students. Together, we delved into their visions for the future, specifically exploring what they would like to see in their community by the year 2030.

Our workshops embrace diversity and inclusivity, welcoming participants from preschool-age children to sixth form college students. We take pride in our commitment to support young people facing unique challenges, such as mental health issues, adjusting to new foster families, or transitioning away from mainstream schooling. Below is just a small section of the films we have helped young people make.

Animations with Foundation Stage

The children & parents of Rachel Keeling Nursery School to produce these great films.

Animations with Key Stage 2

These films were made during holiday projects with children that came together to work as a team!

Animations with Key Stage 3

During this Master Class, these young people worked together to create films using green screen technology.
