Practice using guided meditations

that help you relax and sleep better

Gain clarity

so that you make better decisions at work and become productive

Why

I believe you don't have to suffer alone with ongoing low grade sadness and anxiety. You can live a fulfilled and satisfied life and even use the very feelings of depression and anxiety as messengers to become stronger and more whole.

Over a third of people with an initial episode of Depression relapse after being well. This course is based on the MBCT for Depression and Anxiety curriculum developed and researched by Teasdale, Williams and Segal in UK.

Here's a  summary of some of the major findings of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.

Depression

  • MBCT is more effective than maintenance doses of antidepressants in preventing a relapse in depression.
  • Three-quarters of people taking an MBCT course alongside antidepressants were able to come off their medication within 15 months.
  • MBCT can also reduce the severity of symptoms for people who are experiencing an episode of depression.

Anxiety

  • MBCT has been shown to reduce insomnia in people with anxiety disorders.
  • People who are more mindful have greater self-esteem and feel less neurotic.
  • Meditation-based practices like mindfulness reduce people’s dependence on alcohol, caffeine, prescription medication and illegal drugs.

Previous participants have said that after completing the program

They felt happier and more relaxed

Enjoyed their lives more

Slept better

Made mindfulness a way of life
