This is apx. 5  - 20 min a day and we will agree together on what is achievable for you. I'm also pretty good at helping make make new rituals feel easy and natural!

- Connect for a brief 6 and 12 week check in to give your feedback on the support you are receiving. This is where we can also provide your investment back if you are not seeing results.
