My mission is to help people enjoy delicious and nutritious food and develop a healthy relationship with eating.

In my early 40's I discovered Nutritional Therapy and it changed my life! From someone who felt unfit, unhappy and unhealthy, I got to having plenty of energy and vitality and joy for life within a relatively short period of time. 

What I've realised is that healthy eating has nothing to do with calorie and food restrictions - quite the opposite: It actually enriches your life! 

I love eating well and truly enjoy my food. I don't feel I am in any way restricting myself. I am nourishing my body daily with the nutrient it needs and benefits from. 

I have also found that mindful eating is a powerful tool that can help tackle sugar and food cravings, improve many digestive issues and can help create a healthier relationship with food overall.
