Who is this programme for?

This programme is best suited to those who want to develop lasting habits. This isn’t a quick fix that includes deprivation or restriction, but rather a learning curve where each week you will learn about a nutrition topic and be guided to make gradual changes to the way you eat. My approach is centred around balancing blood sugar levels, which is a key element to losing and maintaining weight, regulating energy levels, appetite and hormones amongst others.

Will you provide meal plans?

To get you started I will provide at the beginning some “food plans”, which are a collection of balanced recipes ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks. As we progress through the programme, I expect you to develop variations of the types of recipes you like and that works for you, your family and your life circumstance, and which I’ll invite to you share with me and the group for feedback and ideas. In week 5 of the programme, I will guide you to put together your own, personalised meal plan based on the recipes/meals that you’ll have shortlisted as your “go-tos’”.

Will there be weigh-ins?

No there won’t as my approach is to focus on your overall wellness beyond a number of the scales. Each week, I will guide you through reflections and coaching exercises to help you get clarity on what really matters to you, as this can be far more motivating and inspiring, and you can of course keep track of your weight through the programme if you wish to.

How long will it take me to reach my weight goal?

There are so many variables to weight loss, from what you eat, to your sleep, stress levels, hormones and how active you are, and that is just to name a few. I cannot say for sure, but by implementing the changes we’ll discuss through the weeks, you will be also be supporting your overall health and wellness and giving your body what it needs for you to feel at your best.

What if I miss a workshop?

At the start of the programme, you will be invited to a private Facebook group where each week, I will share the key highlights of the workshop, a summary of our discussions and all the resources and hand-outs used. And of course I am there through the programme if you get stuck with anything.

What is the 1:1 coaching session for?

All participants will be offered a coaching session at the end of the programme to explore what long-term changes they need to implement to reach their goals, identify what barriers might come up and come up with strategies to overcome them.

Early-Bird participants will also have the opportunity to book a 1:1 coaching session at the start of the programme to explore their goals and create a wellness vision.
