I want to offer some assurance to anyone struggling with boundaries. Ready for it? We all struggle. But that doesn't mean there isn't hope. We can work on believing something different about our boundaries. As a start, that we’re allowed to have them, and that it doesn’t make us rude, selfish, or wrong.
Leave your details below and I’ll send you the guide, along with some additional resources and information on boundaries. By providing your email, you'll also be signed up to my mailing list. You can expect emails about a twice monthly with handy guides I've created, information about the latest courses and workshops I'm offering, and a curated collection of the best articles and resources related to mental health from a feminist counselling perspective. And if it ever doesn’t work for you, you can unsubscribe at any time.
I'm Nicole, and I specialize in healing trauma, shame resilience, and setting boundaries. My approach is collaborative and feminist at its heart. I believe in seeing problems within their context and in being a non-judgmental advocate and support. I integrate a variety of other therapy approaches, including mindfulness-based therapy, art therapy, and group therapy.
