Along with art, planning and journaling are two of my favorite hobbies. I created a health & fitness planning kit to help encourage and inspire others to accomplish their health and fitness goals. I find that when I enjoy my planning experience, I'm more likely to accomplish my goals. Through creative meal planning, using healthy recipes, and setting attainable goals, I find that it's easier to get the job done!
