The guide for expecting parents on how to thrive in the postpartum
This ebook covers the five most important and common topics which I always work on with my 1-1 clients. These include (1) What is postpartum and why should we prepare, (2) Building community and asking for help, (3) For the partner, (4) Creating a postpartum haven and making your house work for you, and (5) Parenting superpowers.
In each of the five chapters, you will find plenty of invitations for reflection. You will have space to write and think about the tips you read so that you can apply them to your unique situation. I want you to be able to take this knowledge and really turn it into something meaningful for you.
At the end of each chapter, you will find a checklist. This checklist is there to help you keep up with all the actions you could take to put theory into practice.
In my work as a Postpartum Doula and Mother's Mentor I guide parents on how to get ready for becoming parents through the pregnancy and in the first 2 months after. I teach families how to build community as well as be there to reassure them in the moments when things feel overwhelming and confusing.
My 1-1 experience with clients has led me to writing this ebook as a way of reaching even more families who desire postpartum support and who want a practical and insightful guide which they can apply on their own.
