We have 2 sessions every week - Mondays and Thursdays.
Accountability
Writing with other like-minded individuals creates the motivation to return each week to write.
Consistency
Repeating an activity every week helps you develop the habit, which gives you a sense of accomplishment.
Build Momentum
Once you've developed the habit and you write every week, you start to see progress - which creates momentum.
