(Each class will combine personal sharing, inquiry, demonstration & exploration of body-centered techniques, drawing from Breathwork, Bodywork (self-touch), Sound,
Somatic Experiencing principles, Movement & Expression)

  • You are a trauma survivor who has felt disconnected from your body and are open to exploring body-centered techniques
  • You are stable enough in your recovery journey to do some exploration of the mind & body. While gentle, this work can bring stuff up, so please have some outside support
  • You are open to trying new things. My work is high on the "woo" scale. It can look silly, but it's fun and POWERFUL
  • You have the time and can commit to showing up fully at each meeting
  • *Due to the intimate nature of the work, this will be limited to women only
