Within the ‘wheel of consent’ framework, mostly we’re asking ourselves the question: what is it that I would like to give and/or to receive?
This retreat however, the focus will be the other way around: what is it that I like to allow/offer?

How?
We work in a group setting as well as 1 one 1 exercises.
Who will you be working with? This is always up to you. Firstly, we’re all present and support each other. We hold the space together. You can find yourself working/exchanging with multiple people, different partners.
If you join as a couple, this means you are open to also work with different partners. If not, inform me in advance, before registering.

Price: 500€ (You pay 200€ in advance and bring 300€ cash)
All included: sleeping (bedrooms), vegetarian food and workshops
Limited to 30 people.
Most bedrooms are doubles with single beds.

- No drugs/alcohol will be consumed during the retreat and that you are completely sober upon arrival.
- You are familiar with the 'wheel of consent' or are willing to inform yourself about it.
- You are absolutely NOT looking for casual sex during this retreat.
- You are willing to hear a 'no.'
- A 'no' without any explanation is sufficient and will be respected without hesitation.
During this retreat, mutual consent is the foundation of everything. In the case of any crossing of boundaries, of any nature, the team reserves the right to refuse a participant in advance, or send home during the retreat.
My name is Heidi
Since the experiences of giving birth to my lovely children, I felt the beginning of a much deeper awareness of my entire being, including my sensual and sexual energy. Feeling guided and opening myself towards the magic of life, to more truth, depth and empowerment.
Currently, I am co-founder and co-organiser of Nuts & Honey workshops, based in Brussels.
I am organizing, guiding and dj’ing ecstatic dances (www.sunsetdance.be).
Feeling blessed dancing through life gracefully while sharing all of these passions from the heart, flowing abundantly.
