The visual aspect of the 90-day goal setting process enables you to see, at a glance, exactly where you’re at in your plan and how you’re tracking towards your overall goals.

Create Goals

Prioritize and identify only 1 top accomplishment for each section, then put the rest on your list for later.  You don't want to be doing any more than 3 main things over the next 90 days.

Strategies

Under each goal— #1 (Movement goal) #2 (Nutrition goal) , #3 (Mindset goal) — write 2-3 milestones—things you absolutely know if you complete, you’ll be on track to hit your goal. Use the worksheets I've provided in this guide!

It works because it’s long enough to make significant progress and short enough to stay focused. You will be more focused because there's an end in sight.

But let me tell you one thing— setting goals is the easy part... achieving them can be quite challenging.

Right now, perhaps your goal is centered on only one aspect of your life, say your diet. But focusing on just your eating lifestyle won’t guarantee long term positive effects, because you're only focusing on one piece of the puzzle.

It's beneficial to have a combination of 3 main areas in your life— movement, nutrition, mindset.

Remember, you are your greatest asset so in order to skyrocket your success with your goals, it has to be holistic, targeting all 3 important areas in your life.
