I love sleep but it's never been an easy thing for me to do; my body likes to wake up in the middle of the night and kick start my mind wandering and worrying.
Panic attacks and sweaty nightmares about work were the worst nights however its the practices and rituals I share in Soulful Sleep Rituals that have helped me get more rest, even when I don't get a full nights sleep, and taught me how to switch-off my busy brain, and get the downtime my body needs to repair, heal and restore itself.

My holistic approach blends my knowledge and passion for mental health; Yoga for Anxiety, Depression and Post-Traumatic Growth, with body-based practices; Emotional Freedom Technique, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction techniques.
My personal experience and challenges with my mental health over the past 3 decades have led me to learn more about the mind-body connection, the impact of trauma on our body, and how we can use somatic practices, mindfulness and movement to soothe and regulate our bodies.
It is important to me to educate others in meaningful yet accessible ways so they can integrate what they learn into their daily life, feel well-resourced and with the capacity to sustain a level of well-being every day.
I run an online community, The Big Love Yoga Community where I share my practices as a monthly membership and hold space for nurturing and uplifting retreats and workshops. I also work with clients one-to-one or in the workplace for brands and small businesses.
