I love sleep but it's never been an easy thing for me to do; my body likes to wake up in the middle of the night and kick start my mind wandering and worrying. 

Panic attacks and sweaty nightmares about work were the worst nights however its the practices and rituals I share in Soulful Sleep Rituals that have helped me get more rest, even when I don't get a full nights sleep, and taught me how to switch-off my busy brain, and get the downtime my body needs to repair, heal and restore itself.
