Summer Speed & Agility Camp
Dates: June 17 - August 15
(This is a 4-day program)
Monday -Thursday
Time - 10 am - 11:30 am
Price - $500 for 8-weeks and $300 for 4-weeks
While most try to do the coolest and latest things Bodies Performance shows you how and why to move and position your body the way that’s needed to become an efficient and dominating athlete.
Areas of focus include:
Speed & Agility : You will see improvement in your running form, mechanics, acceleration and explosive starts almost immediately. Your ability to understand/execute an explosive first step, quickness, running mechanics and technique on planting and changing directions, top end speed as well as speed related performance. If you are fast, we’ll make you faster.
Strength and Power: Bodies Performance programs are a proven mixture of functional training and nutrition guidance that maximizes strong muscles while improving joint stability and proportional symmetry for an explosively strong and powerful athlete. Understanding and giving the athlete needed progression/regression enhances the learning and absorption for every step of improvement. You supply the commitment and we’ll supply the technique and knowledge for their perfect program.
Bodies Performance has been working with professional athletes all the way down to youth developmental ones. Ranging from sports: Football, Baseball, Soccer, Track & Field, Lacrosse, Basketball, Water Polo, Volleyball.
