The Sustainable Kitchen Brigade is a project that I've been feeding inside my soul for a long time, and now it's finally seeing the light and shaping itself in a concrete calling: bring together an army of people passionate about home cooking who care about the environment.
Our mission is to create delicious and homemade flavors using sustainable ingredients for our zero-waste recipes.
We'll meet once per month for a free event to cook together a new recipe, and each time a different guest expert on sustainability will share information and knowledge with us.

Emanuele is a former manager for a global online company in the travel industry; in 2020 he decided to change his life, follow his passion, and began to study to become a professional cook.
During the last months, he has been working as an assistant cook at a restaurant in Lecce, Puglia, where he resides. He is an avid traveler as well.

Hello! I'm Isotta, I’m the co-founder and cooking coach of Eatsperience Madrid.
I’ve always been passionate about food, languages, and human beings.
After living in different countries such as France, Spain, Morocco, England, and getting to know different cultures, I feel that the best way to bring people together is by sharing culinary moments.
I have two strong believes:
Food is a bridge between cultures, and we all should walk over it every day and spend some time with who is living on the other side.
You don't need to be excellent at cooking to enjoy it.
These are the reasons why I offer online cooking classes to curious people who want to enjoy a quality moment while boosting their self-confidence by feeling more comfortable in the kitchen.
