I've designed this 5 week Time for You 'space' to support you gain a clearer understranding of what these thoughts and feelings mean for you and how you can learn to raise your awareness to them and understand what's currently happening in your world.


This will help you move towards a calmer self with tools and knowledge to support you to put your needs first. 


In an ideal world you'd make time for self care on a regular basis. Committing to this manageable 30 minutes a week programme will ensure it's in your diary, and if you miss a week it's recorded so you don't miss out.


Carve out 30 minutes each week for relaxation through meditation, insights into 5 areas of wellbeing with journal prompts to help you gain a clearer understanding of where you are in life.


I'll provide you with tools and techniques to help you understand where you need to prioritise yourself. You'll build more resilience and become a happier you!
