Lisa is The Confidence Coach for Women. She positively transforms the mindset and lives of the people she meets by inspiring, nurturing and empowering you to be the person they want to be.
Lisa has been likened to a steel fist in a velvet glove and has experienced several life-changing adversities including Spinal Surgery which has been instrumental in empowering others and have given her a unique insight and strength. She has spent many years mastering the science behind helping people improve their mindset and confidence by breaking it down into its simplest form so that anyone can benefit.
With a calming and patient manner which is passed on to her growing women’s communities, The Confidence Club and BreakfastBoost Club on Facebook, she also works with recording artists, music executives and
has coached within some of the most influential corporate settings, was a finalist in the Inspirational Woman of the Year Awards by Global Woman and has been a guest on podcasts, radio and on stage sharing her message with O2 Go Think Big.
Originating from the North of England, Lisa now lives in Essex with her eighteen year old son (when he’s home!) and continues to live by her belief of being true to yourself and being “the best version of yourself” possible in this moment.
