I bet you can say what you don't really want right now!
When things aren't going well at work we can easily focus on these aspects. We'll talk to friends and family about how we don't respect our manager, feel frustrated by the lack of opportunity to progress, feel bored or unchallenged with what we're doing, don't feel aligned with what our employer stands for, feel stressed, burned out, etc etc. It becomes a loop in our mind and we find evidence every day to support our thoughts.
