As the Wheel of the Year turns & the weather gets cooler, we come together in the St Joseph Missouri to celebrate the thinning of the veil.

We come together to connect, celebrate, kick up our witchy heels, & enjoy our SEASON.

THE SEASON OF THE WITCH!

For three exciting Witchy days, we'll spend time in the historical city of St. Joseph MO right outside Kansas City exploring the local haunts, eating, drinking, witchin' all in a private group setting in a historical 1885 Mansion.

What's included in the Magickal Immersion event:

3 day 2 night accomodations in an historic Masion built in 1885 by prominent grocer George Kennard, the mansion became the home of Cherry Mash creator Ernest Chase in 1912. There are 5000 sqft total to explore.

WE HAVE THE ENTIRE HOME TO OURSELVES TO DO SEANCES, SPIRIT COMMUNICATION OR JUST CONNECT TO OTHERS AND WITCHY SIDE.

The neighborhood is full of historic homes and large mansions, punctuated by carefully manicured gardens and parks. City Hall is just across a park.

The main business/entertainment area of downtown is 3 blocks down Felix Street, and the Missouri Theatre 4 blocks away.

And the best part, everyone gets their own room and bathroom!

A private and exclusive catered dinner just for our Witchy group.

Snacks and a continental breakfast will be available the whole weekend.

There is a fully stocked coffee and tea bar for our Witchy tastes.

A goodie bag filled with lots of Magick & Witchy surprises.

ABOUT CHASE MANSION ACCOMODATIONS....

This beautiful 1885 Brick Italianate known as the Chase Mansion sits on top of Museum Hill Historic Neighborhood with a “Multi-Million Dollar” view of City Hall and its Green space among other valued mansions in the St. Joseph area for having the Best view in town.

With 5 Bedrooms each having their own private baths and 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. 2 Parlors (a Ladies and a Gentleman’s) Formal dining room, Large kitchen with Great room and butler’s pantry.

A detached carriage house separated by a breezeway / mudroom.

ABOUT HISTORICAL ST. JOSEPH MISSOURI...

The state of Missouri was organized in 1821 and Joseph Robidoux established the Blacksnake Hills trading post with the Indians in 1826. Robidoux's trading post soon became a fur-trading empire stretching to the southern Rocky Mountains.

The Platte Purchase joined his land to the state of Missouri in 1837. Robidoux conveyed his land for public use in 1843, and the city of St. Joseph was incorporated in 1851. The town remained relatively small until the discovery of gold in California in 1848, which greatly altered and accelerated westward migration.

St. Joseph became the head water for the journey west as hundreds of thousands of settlers arrived by steamboat and hundreds of wagon trains lined the streets waiting to be ferried across the Missouri River.

The covered wagons, oxen and supplies purchased by the emigrants established the economic foundation of the city.

Additional growth commenced in 1859, when the railroad reached St. Joseph assuring its role as a supply and distribution point to the entire western half of the country.

St. Joseph's proximity to the Missouri River and accessibility by way of river, rail and land was to be the impetus for phenomenal growth throughout the nineteenth century.

Political tension leading up to the Civil War led to the establishment of the Pony Express in 1860, with St. Joseph becoming the eastern terminus. The war years were very difficult with divided loyalties and violence, but after 1865, recovery was rapid.

What's NOT included in the retreat:

Airport and transportation fees! We are staying one of the oldest Mansions in St. Joseph but it is NOT included in the price of tickets.

You would fly into Kansas City Missouri (about a 45 minute drive) and make transportation arrangements to the Mansion.

All extra tours, souvenirs, entertainment & any additional fees, parking, or tips will be your responsibility.

Lots of Witchy shopping, museum tours, so let's spend some mulah! CHA CHING!

Some of the things that we might be doing is a Ghost Walk, Haunted Paranormal Tour of the Glore Museum, and so much more!

Food and drink including alcohol will be purchased at your own cost.

So this is the height of Halloween season so the whole town is gonna be in the Witchy Spirit.

Where should I stay?

Don't worry...you're staying with us at an historical Mansion.

How can I connect with fellow attendees/find a roommate?

The best way to connect with fellow Witches attending the Gathering is in the FB group.

Upon payment, you'll receive private access to the group

In that space there is a private group specifically for attendees where you can connect, chat, and make plans.

What is the closest airport?

Kansas City Missouri is the closest airport and is about a 45 minute drive to St. Joseph Missori.

What’s your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is cancellation or postponement of the event.

What is the schedule?

The schedule will be posted in the private FB group.

When is the best time to arrive/depart?

I recommend that you arrive no later than late morning on Friday October 21st and leave no earlier than mid-morning on Sunday October 23rd.

What’s your refund policy & payment plan policy?

There are no refunds!

The entire booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable once your booking is confirmed.

No refunds or compensation will be given and we will not be liable for failure to make the accommodation location available to you if the property becomes unavailable or unusable for any reason beyond our reasonable control including, weather conditions (either locally or at your location), evacuations, any acts of God/Goddess or force majeure events, construction, steep or difficult road conditions, utility outages, medical emergencies, death or illness, or any changes or unavailability of amenities of accommodations or in resort operations.

We strongly recommend protecting your vacation with travel insurance which can provide for coverage for these types of events. Policies may vary but generally, refunds will only be given if you have purchased coverage prior to the event, such as a tropical storm or hurricane being named.

All payments plans must be initiated by July 15th & completed by October 1st.
